Admin Assistant/Barista, Mill Creek (Part-Time)

Individual would be an administrative support to the Campus Leads and the Barista Lead in cafe.

  • Operate the espresso machine

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Admin

  • Weekly updating of Database
  • Maintain and organize all purchase requests, invoices, budgets and departmental records
  • Assist with communications, information gathering and staff scheduling
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Barista

  • Daily cleanliness in the work area and the seating area
  • Recruit Dream Team
  • Train Dream Team
  • Organize volunteer schedules
  • Help with all events at the church
  • Build volunteer teams (café/ youth and young adults café)

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a Christian Faith employee, be willing to help in church activities, services, events and in other ways needed to support the mission of the church
  • Other ministry duties as assigned
