KidZone Elementary Lead, Mill Creek (Full-Time)
The primary mission of the KidZone Lead is to build and maintain a life giving, healthy Dream Team and to facilitate an excellent service experience for our Christian Faith children and families especially in our KidZone areas (K-5th Grade).
Experience and Knowledge Required
- Experience in problem solving.
- Ability to supervise multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- A love and calling toward ministry to children and families.
- Ability to learn and use CCB software efficiently.
- Experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a particular emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be a strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create, analyze and maintain project budgets.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Oversee and plan the curriculum, lesson plans, games and events for the whole year
- Identify and raise up Team Leaders/Service Leaders as well as KidZone Dream Team
- Respond to those interested in serving with CF Kidz within one week of interest with a follow-up call & email
- Responsible for scheduling dream team and leaders for all services
- Responsible for updating dream team lists and schedules as they change
- Oversee all operations pertaining to the Elementary Children’s Ministry at the Mill Creek campus, ensuring the success of the weekend experience.
- Directly oversee security and communication with volunteers.
- Responsible for weekend experience of families and their kids during service times.
- Respond to DH with emergencies/urgent issues as they arise
- Respond to emails and phone call within 24 -hour time frame
- Create monitoring systems to detect problems as early as possible and initiate interventions to solve the problems.
- Recruit and work with volunteers to build the Mill Creek Children’s Ministry team and work with Christian Faith staff to ensure proper training of volunteers.
- Answer general phone calls in reference to the Children’s Ministry inquiries and direct all incoming calls correct CF staff members.
- Coordinate with departments and oversee special events through completion.

- Generate reports and graphs as needed.
