Marketing & Social Media Lead, Federal Way (Part-Time)

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing the work flow of design specifically design, social media, and creative arts projects, while directing and assisting in the development, coordination and execution of Creative concepts for Christian Faith (“CF”). He or She will work with the marketing and media teams and work to accomplish the goals as it pertains to marketing internally and externally. The Marketing Lead will also work to develop relationships with other departments (“Staff”) and Creative individuals in the community.

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Proven track record of effective time management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Background in design or other Creative fields
  • Ability to manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong desire to work with Creative individuals and teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Outlook Excel, Photoshop & Illustrator experience
  • Experience with social media (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • SEO experience
  • General knowledge of design concepts with a pulse for current trends and techniques
  • Ability to work as a team player and discuss needs, challenges and ideas
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs and offer creative solutions
  • 2 or 4 year degree in related field is a plus, but not required

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and/or execute all photography for the ministry
  • Create social media photo graphics which can be posted from various accounts.
  • Managing the work flow of all Creative Arts, Print and Branding Projects
  • Managing coordinated marketing campaigns for internal (Life Groups, CF Tracks) and external events (Christmas, Easter, Freedom, etc.).
  • Liaising between campuses to ensure the CF brand is communicated at the campus level
  • Growing Creative relationships in the NW community
  • Managing the photograph database
  • Managing and promoting the CF brands’ social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.).
  • Developing and working with volunteer photographers and Creative talent
  • Communicating with Web/Media Teams regarding graphic needs
  • Other duties as assigned
